As you would expect from the title, this book focuses on our attitudes. The idea is that a positive attitude is a winning attitude. We are told that our attitudes are a matter of choice and as such we can choose to change our attitude if it isn’t providing us the results we require.

The benefits of our positive attitude and identifying this in others can provide us with a more successful organisation.

Combining this with your other leadership skills to foster the attitude in your workforce can make your business stand out amongst the crowd.

Developing your positive attitude can help produce great results not just in business but in all areas of your life.

The Quote “Others can stop you temporarily but you are the only one that can do it permanently”. I liked the analogies around flying a plane and the focuses on getting help where required.

The way it identifies failures along the journey as learning’s that will guide us (instead of roadblocks) to our success

As Maxwell is an evangelical pastor you may expect there to be some references to the bible.Unfortunately I found the numerous bible stories overrode the message of the book.
