As you may have expected (From a book on business coaching written by a business coach) there is a happy ending to the story. Employing a coach is shown to increase the couples net profit by almost 500% Even taking a cynical view of this book, most small business owners should find some benefit in this refresher on business basics such as Unique Selling Points and lead conversion rates. |

| The indexing system in the book could benefit from more information.Although the six steps are split down into a form of index at the back of the book, a more detailed index would have made the book easier to navigate. | |||||
